Dear Church Family,
I pray that you are doing well. It is so hard to believe that in just a few days our summer break will come to a close and our kids will return to school. As a parent, I have mixed emotions about this. I would just encourage all of us to take advantage of the moments we have with our families. One of the best ways to do that is by setting the right example at home and by being faithful to worship and serve with your church family. We have many exciting ministry opportunities that we are praying you get involved in. I also want to encourage you to circle September 8th on your calendar, as we celebrate Homecoming and 177 years of God's faithfulness to our church family. We are privileged this year to have Jimmy Jackson, former pastor of Whitesburg Baptist Church, preaching for us at Homecoming.
